Best hospitality ever. The food was great. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like one of their own. This will become a permanent place I will visit! Cant wait to come back!

Had lunch there on my drive back to NYC from Lake Placid and i was so happy i did. It is a cute little restaurant and bar. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good. I wish i lived closer so that i can go again.

Had the north country burger. It was the best in recent memory in the area. I would highly recommend Trail Break

Never again. Only good thing was the wings. 30$ for 24 small pieces of sesame chicken. And 24$ for 3 cups of rice. With a small salad definatly not worth what you pay. Won't go back

Ate there last night. Great service. food was ok .steak was tough. The place needs some warmth and atmosphere. its very stark and not inviting. . start by 1. hangin some pictures on the walls. 2. make some nice place settings - salt and pepper shakers each table. 3. how about some background music. 4. candle at each table . 5. create nice menus , non paper based which looked cheesy. there is potential -

Good food well priced and good social distancing rules.

If there were an option to leave more than five stars I would. I stopped here with my bf and two friends halfway on our drive home from Montreal and we had the best experience. Everyone was lovely and welcoming and we had great conversation with our server, the owners and the patrons at the bar. Every dish we had was delicious (best pastrami ever). The whiskey cake was so good I took half my piece home for later. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often, but this will definitely be where we stop whenever we drive up to Montreal again. Great service and company, clean bathrooms, nice atmosphere and delicious food.

First, friendliest service I've ever experienced. Food was good. I had the rainbow trout and my fiancé had the pork chops. we also had salads that were nice and fresh. The rainbow was perfect but the pork chops were a little tough but had good flavor. All in all it was a good experience and would go back! They have a really nice bar too!

A nice selection of Craft beers. We stopped for a beer and plate of calamari, both were excellent.

I normally don't write reviews, but this place was phenomenal. My friend and I had just gotten done with a backpacking trip in the Adirondacks and stopped here for dinner. They took care of us so well; great beer selection, fantastic food, and wonderful service. Would absolutely eat here again. Their chicken marsala is top notch

Wish I found this place sooner. I tried a few of the local restaurants and was disappointed. Parking was nonexistent, and food wasn’t that great. On my third day in the area I found this place. It’s beautiful. Big parking lot too. They have a great bar menu and a great dining room menu. Happy Hour was buy one get one. After great deliberation, I decided on the hot pastrami sandwich and a side of fries. Excellent. Since I’m in the area for another day I’m planning on going back tomorrow. Think I will try something off the dining room menu. Barry the owner was telling me about the quality of the steaks and the pork chops. It was making my mouth water even after finishing my dinner. I felt very welcome there. If your in the area and deciding where to go, do yourself a favor. Stop here.

Just had dinner and Dee was our waitress. She was a delight and a great sales person too! (We took the chocolate espresso cake home to go!) Our salads were super fresh and delicious. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Overall a great experience. We look forward to coming back!

Local jam! Diverse menu, EXCELLENTLY prepared food, friendly, attentive yet tactful service. French onion soup, mushroom burger, Monte Cristo sandwich topped with a bread pudding were delicious. Add the variety of 20 draft beers and you’d get yourself a perfect spot to spend an hour on the way to or from Adirondacks.

Memorable food and extremely nice staff/locals. The only place you should eat in town if you’re just passing through. Go to the local theater for a movie after dinner. Larry, the owner, knows his stuff.

So glad we found this little treasure in the Adirondacks! Classy, creative pub food for lunch in a perfect setting. Great prices for great quality. Leave room for dessert-they’re awesome!
